Vote Smart India (VSI) is a campaign run by the National Network For India (NNFI) - a citizen's organization dedicated to helping Indian citizens make an informed electoral decision by facilitating access to accurate and unbiased information for all candidates contesting the elections.
Digital Partners India is supporting NNFI by helping it develop a web-based application that disseminates information for each candidate contesting elections. The application provides a wide variety of comprehensive information including the candidates' profile, past performance, assets, records of all past, pending and ongoing litigations, promises made, popularity with the masses and more.
This application is seen as a major step in refining the election process and making it more transparent for the voters. It also allows for voters and the contesting candidates to post their comments and interact with each other through the website. The Smart Vote India
