Non-profit organizations have a huge responsibility in bringing about change in the lives of underserved communities. At the same time, today’s non-profits face increasing challenges – fierce competition, lower funds and enhanced accountability.

While large non-profits have the privilege of leveraging significant intellectual, financial and professional capital, small and medium non-profits may experience what could be called a “Management Deficit” in their resources. This is primarily because the experience to run even a very small organization can seldom be acquired along the lines of learning by doing.

In this scenario, it becomes critical for small-medium NGOs to perform more effectively and efficiently by dmonstrating cutting edge management professionalism.

'Sustaining small and medium non-profits' is a one day workshop developed by Digital Partners India to enhance the capacities of non-profit managers.
